When building a new home you will need to take the necessary steps to keep your investment clean and free of unwanted debris. The process starts as soon as the framing is complete and will continue until the day you close on your home. Building a new home can be stressful, but it doesn’t need to be that way! Sweep Outs – Process of removing debris from frame work and flooring caused by building materials, saw dust and dirt. Most custom built homes will need several sweep outs during the early phases of the construction process.
Rough Clean – Once the cabinets, countertops, plumbing and lighting fixtures have been installed a rough clean will be preformed. This process includes cleaning all cabinets (inside-and-out), cleaning countertops, faucets and floors. We will also clean all bath tubs and toilets. A rough clean may need to be done several times during the construction process depending on the detail of the home and timeline for completion.
Final Clean – A final clean is done several weeks prior to the completion of the building process. During the final clean, every part of the home is inspected and cleaned to meet the satisfaction of the home owner and contractor.
Power-Washing – We offer power-washing and hard surface cleaning. It’s inevitable that the concrete around your home will become dirty during the construction phase. Once the final clean has been completed, we’ll power-washing your garage, sidewalks and patios making your new dream home, move in ready!
Window Cleaning – We offer a variety of window cleaning services that will work within your budget. During the construction process the window’s will need to be cleaned several times. We’ll remove all stickers, stucco and glue to give your windows that perfect shine!
